Frequently asked questions
What do you do, and what is outside your scope?
I provide coaching for professional and business situations, marketing mentoring and advisory work, I can analyse, recommend, contribute to content and help create plans, templates or other agreed structures.
The scope is different when I am engaged as a Fractional Head of Marketing or Fractional CMO. In that role, I can take responsibility for agreed areas of marketing leadership, planning, coordination and oversight, without becoming the permanent execution team. Responsibilities, decision authority and deliverables are defined in advance.
I do not provide ongoing social media management, graphic design, full outsourced marketing execution, therapy, medical, legal or financial advice, or guaranteed commercial, employment or performance results. If another type of professional support would be more appropriate, I will say so.
What is the difference between coaching, mentoring, consulting and therapy?
A coach uses questions, reflection and constructive challenge to help you examine your own options and make your own decisions, rather than providing the answer.
A mentor shares relevant knowledge, experience, examples and recommendations to help you approach a situation with a better-informed perspective.
A consultant analyses a defined problem and contributes expert advice, proposed solutions, practical actions or agreed deliverables.
A mental-health professional helps people understand and address emotional distress, difficult thoughts, behaviours or psychological patterns; this may include, but not limited to past experiences.
I provide coaching, mentoring and consulting, sometimes within the same process when the situation requires it. I do not provide therapy.
How do I know whether I need coaching, mentoring or consulting?
You do not need to decide before contacting me. Coaching helps you examine your own answers and decisions. Mentoring adds relevant experience and recommendations. Consulting includes direct analysis or an agreed deliverable. We choose the method after understanding the need, and a process may combine them.
Is every process built around ten sessions?
No. Some clients need a focused session. Others need a process that allows time for implementation and review. Ten sessions can be a useful structure, but the number and rhythm are agreed around the objective rather than imposed as a standard package.
Can you review marketing created with ChatGPT, Claude or other AI tools?
Yes. I can review the business and marketing logic behind AI-generated messages, plans, funnels, automations or content. The purpose is to establish what fits your audience, objectives and resources, not to judge whether you used AI.
Do you work online or in person?
I work online and in person, depending on the service, location and project.
Do you work with international clients and teams?
Yes. I work in English and Romanian and am open to projects in Romania and internationally. My background includes global campaigns and collaboration with teams across countries and time zones.
Are coaching conversations confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality and its limits are set out in the coaching agreement. If an organisation pays for individual coaching, we agree in advance what administrative or progress information may be shared. The content of the coaching conversation is not reported without the participant's explicit agreement, subject to the agreement and applicable law.
Why are prices not listed on the website?
The scope varies according to the need, format, preparation, materials and level of involvement. After I understand the request, I can recommend an appropriate scope and provide the relevant commercial details.
What happens after I submit a meeting request?
I review the information and reply within 48 to 72 business hours. If the request is relevant and we may be a good fit, we arrange a 45 to 60-minute discovery meeting. Sending the request does not create an automatic booking or commitment.
What should I do to start?
Bring the situation as it is. You do not need to diagnose the problem or choose the service before contacting me. Describe what is happening, what you have already tried and what you want to be different.
